Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped USPS. Generally all non-back ordered items are shipped within 3 days upon receipt of order. Order confirmation, shipping notification and tracking are provided for all orders. All lost domestic shipments will be reshipped at no expense to the customer. However, a shipment will not be considered lost unless the tracking has not been updated for several days, there is an alert, and at least one week has passed since the ship date

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS COMPLETELY, ACCURATELY AND IN ENGLISH. LOST ORDERS WILL NOT BE RESENT IF LOSS IS DUE TO: INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, INACCURATE ADDRESS , OR ERRORS DUE TO TRANSLATING THE ADDRESS.
ALL TAXES AND DUTIES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Return/Refund Policy
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will make it right. Incorrect item(s), defective item(s) or missing parts claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you have changed you mind on a purchase you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in "as new, unused" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product is defective. Any shipping fees are non refundable.
